Due to the personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered, except in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we may offer:
- a replacement of the product, or
- a refund, as applicable.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
We do not offer returns or refunds for:
- opened or used products
- change of mind
- minor packaging variations that do not affect product quality
- delayed deliveries caused by courier services
