Can I mix and match products?
Yes. Build your own box: any 3 soaps, gels or salts for ₹699, or any 5 for ₹999 with free shipping. Repeats are welcome.
Which products can go in the box?
Any single zodiac soap, crystal soap, shower gel or bath salt. Kits, trios and gift boxes are already bundles.
Does the box come gift-ready?
Add gift wrap and a handwritten note in the bag for ₹49.
Orders, delivery & returns
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment (not on Sundays or public holidays), and most arrive within 3–7 business days. Timelines can stretch in peak seasons such as Diwali.
Is shipping free?
Yes, on orders above ₹699. Below that, any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. A box of 5 (₹999) and the Zodiac Family Pack ship free on their own.
How can I pay? Is cash on delivery available?
We are prepaid only: UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), cards and wallets. Cash on delivery isn’t available.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you get the tracking details by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
What if my order arrives damaged or something is missing?
Message us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a video of the product and packaging, on WhatsApp (+91 93295 51647) or at houseofluck5@gmail.com. Once it’s approved we send a replacement or a refund.
Can I return a product?
Because these are personal-care products, we can’t accept returns of opened or used items or change-of-mind returns. Damaged, defective or wrong items are replaced or refunded. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
